Turn your newsletter
into a book.

Forward the newsletters worth keeping — the church bulletin, the school's weekly update, the letter your family sends every Christmas — and each issue lands in your Archive at the date it was first sent, beside the emails and photos from the same days. Print them as a hardcover keepsake or keep them as a digital book.

How it works.

1

Sign up free.

Your Archive comes with its own Forward-to-Archive address, ready the moment you sign up.

2

Forward each issue.

Open an issue in your inbox, click Forward and send it to your address, one issue per email. It lands in your Archive at the date it was first sent. Have it as a PDF instead? Upload it on Upload Files and give it its date.

3

Preview it, then order.

See a free sample of your book, then approve a proof of every page before you pay.

What comes in.

Each issue, at its original date

Read from the forwarded issue, so your book runs in order however late you forward it.

Its sender and subject

Taken from the original issue, not from your forward.

Its photos

Attached or loaded from the web, they come in with it. One that can't be printed is listed before you pay.

Newsletters sent as a PDF

Forward the email, and the attached PDF's pages print right after it.

Issues on paper

Scan a paper issue to a PDF and upload it on Upload Files with its date.

The newsletter you write

Forward each issue from your Sent folder or your inbox, and years of your writing become a book.

Questions.

Which newsletters work?

Any newsletter that reaches your inbox, from a church, a school, a club or your own family, whatever service sends it. Your Forward-to-Archive address saves what you and your approved senders forward, so keep the newsletter coming to your own inbox and forward each issue from there. Leave its From and Date lines as they are.

Can I add past issues?

Yes, from any year. Search your inbox for the newsletter's name and forward each issue you find. Each lands at the date it was first sent, so your book reads in order whatever order you forward them in.

Does every book print my newsletter?

Memory Print and Memory Digital print each issue in full — its sender, date, text and photos — in date order. Photo Print and Photo Digital are photo albums: they keep a forwarded issue's photos, never its text. An issue you upload as a PDF prints page for page in all four; a photo album leaves it out only if you turn off Uploaded & emailed PDFs in the book's settings.

What if my newsletter is wider than a book page?

Memory Print and Memory Digital fit it to the page: long lines wrap, and side-by-side columns stack or narrow to fit.

How much should go in one book?

Each book is made from one project's Archive, and each project has its own Forward-to-Archive address. So a year of a weekly newsletter, or your family's Christmas letters over the years, can each become a book of their own.

What does it cost?

Forwarding is free, and so are your account and Archive. You pay only when you order a book: Memory Print from $29.99, Photo Print from $36.99, Memory Digital and Photo Digital from $14.99 — 30 pages included, then priced by the page. You see the exact price before you pay.
